03Are US non-VoIP mobile numbers available?

Yes, SMSZire has a separate US mobile catalog. Availability and supported services change in real time, so the client area confirms current stock and the final price before purchase.

04When is my wallet charged?

The displayed amount is protected while a number is being assigned. A completed charge is recorded only according to the order status, and any eligible release or credit stays visible in your wallet history.

05What if the SMS does not arrive?

Keep the session open and follow its status. If an eligible temporary number reaches expiry without receiving any SMS, SMSZire automatically returns the full session charge to your wallet. Rental and provider-confirmed cancellation rules are separate.
