Prohibited use
- Fraud, impersonation, phishing, account theft, spam, harassment, or deceptive registrations.
- Circumventing bans, rate limits, sanctions, age gates, regional restrictions, or security controls.
- Creating accounts for resale, automated abuse, promotion manipulation, or unlawful financial activity.
- Testing stolen payment instruments, laundering funds, or abusing refund and chargeback systems.
- Attempting to extract supplier credentials, compromise SMSZire, or interfere with another customer’s session.
Enforcement
We may delay, limit, review, suspend, or close activity that presents legal, safety, fraud, supplier, or financial risk. We may preserve and disclose records when lawfully required and cooperate with payment, hosting, supplier, or law-enforcement investigations.
