Privacy notice

This notice explains the information SMSZire processes to run accounts, fulfill sessions, protect payments, answer support requests, and secure the service.

Last updated July 11, 2026

Information we process

  • Verified email and display name received from the sign-in provider.
  • Wallet, invoice, payment reference, and transaction-status records.
  • Selected country, service, route, activation status, and limited number/message records.
  • Support tickets, risk status, administrator audit records, device label, coarse location, and security events.

How we use information

We use data to provide contracted services, prevent abuse and financial loss, secure accounts, reconcile provider and payment outcomes, respond to support, meet legal duties, and improve reliability.

Protection and retention

Sensitive number, message, and authenticator values are encrypted at rest. Payment and provider secrets are server-side only. We retain operational records only as long as reasonably needed for service, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them where practicable.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary data with email-delivery, hosting, payment, number, and messaging suppliers that help deliver the service. Their processing is also governed by their own notices and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may review account records in the client area and contact support about access, correction, or deletion requests. Some billing, fraud, dispute, and legal records may need to be retained. You can revoke SMSZire trusted sessions and manage authenticator protection at any time unless your administrator role requires it.
