Are numbers always available?

No. Inventory changes throughout the day. The catalog shows the countries, services, and servers available at that moment.

Is an SMS guaranteed?

No. SMSZire can provide the number and watch for messages, but another service decides whether to send or accept the SMS.

When is my wallet charged?

The displayed amount is reserved while the number is requested. The charge completes after a number is assigned.

What if no number is assigned?

The reserved amount returns to your available wallet balance. If a later cancellation needs review, its status remains visible in your account.

How is my account protected?

Email verification, strong password hashing, optional authenticator 2FA, recovery codes, sign-in limits, and session controls protect your account. Admin accounts always require 2FA.

How do I contact support?

Sign in, open Support, and submit a ticket. Include the session reference, but never include a password, payment PIN, or verification code.
