Refund and wallet-credit policy

SMSZire distinguishes an automatic hold release from a provider-confirmed wallet credit so the status of every amount is clear.

Automatic hold release

If SMSZire cannot allocate a number after placing a wallet hold, the backend releases that hold and voids the pending purchase record. The amount returns to available wallet balance.

Provider-confirmed credit

After a number is assigned, rejection or cancellation eligibility depends on the provider, session timing, and whether the number was used. Some requests enter an administrator queue and are credited only after upstream confirmation.

Generally not eligible

  • The selected third party does not send or accept an SMS after a valid number was supplied.
  • The session expires because the customer waited too long or used the number incorrectly.
  • The wrong country, service, route, asset, or blockchain network was selected.
  • Use violates the Acceptable Use Policy or involves fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized access.

How to request review

Open a support ticket from the signed-in client area and include the activation or payment reference. Do not include an OTP, password, private key, or API secret. The ticket is saved directly to the administrator queue.
