Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18, capable of entering a binding agreement, and use the service only where permitted. By creating an account or ordering a session, you accept these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Notice, and Refund Policy.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for protecting your SMSZire password, verified email, authenticator, recovery codes, and devices. Notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may require extra verification, limit activity, or suspend an account to protect users or the service.
Temporary sessions
A purchase provides time-limited access to a provider-supplied number for the selected service and country. Availability, duration, reuse, rejection, and message delivery depend on live upstream rules. Numbers are not sold as permanent property.
Wallet and payments
Wallet values are stored service credits, not a bank account, deposit account, or cash investment. Payment processing charges may be added at checkout. Chargebacks, fraud, duplicate claims, or payment reversals may lead to wallet correction or account restriction.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-available basis. SMSZire cannot control third-party message delivery, number acceptance, supplier inventory, or external platform decisions. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected session.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for legal, security, supplier, or product reasons and will update the date shown here. Material changes apply prospectively where required. Signed-in customers can contact us through the support ticket system.
